Talk about the use of air quality detector

Update: 2019-12-13 16:37 Source: LUFTMY

The air quality detection instrument can accurately detect the indoor air, and can quickly detect the formaldehyde, TVOC, PM2.5 and other components in the indoor air on site. The power supply of the air quality environment monitoring instrument is 220V, and each screw must be fixed tightly during installation.

Universal detection methods in the market

1. The Quality Supervision Bureau and the environmental protection bureau have large-scale units. The test results are several times as accurate as zero. The measurement is relatively accurate, but the cost is high. The charge for 30 Ping is about 400 yuan

2. Personal air management company. Small testing instrument, cost 50-200 yuan, on-site testing, data output from time to time.

3. Self purchased household formaldehyde monitor, which can monitor the formaldehyde concentration in the room in real time in 24 hours, automatically alarm when exceeding the standard, and can be checked at any time.

4.Formaldehyde self-test box, purchased from the Internet and tested by yourself according to the instructions, is characterized by saving money and convenience, but the relative error is also higher than other three types of test standards.

Correct use of air quality detector

Step 1: determine the condition of the instrument

Make sure that the air quality monitor you get is working properly. You can check the status of the instrument first. Some air quality monitors with built-in display function can check the relevant test data 5-10 minutes after power on. And check whether the next parameter has corresponding data display. Some air quality monitors without display function will also have a power on indicator light. These instruments need to log in to the data platform to determine the health status of the instrument.

Step 2: distribution network

The distribution network is the process of connecting the indoor air quality monitor to the router in the house. Since most air quality monitors can be viewed through a data platform or mobile app, the instrument outputs data only if it is connected to a network. At this point, you need to obtain the instrument manual and perform the distribution network according to the allocation steps in the manual. Of course, some instructions in the instrument package do not include how to distribute the network. It is necessary to find out whether there is QR code on the instrument body or package. After scanning the code, you may find a distribution method. Here, you can use a wired or wireless network to distribute the network. The purpose is to connect the instrument to the Internet.

Step 3: view data

When the distribution network is successful, a small amount of air quality monitor data can be viewed through a web page or mobile application. However, most air quality monitor manufacturers will set up account and password levels in this step to address data privacy and security issues. That is to say, you can only see the monitoring data of the device after you have the account and password of the login software. The account number and password here may need to ask for product customer service or technical requests.

Step 4: check parameters

After logging in the software or app platform, you can view the data of the instrument. First, check whether the parameters have corresponding data. If some parameters do not have data, it may be due to data output problems or gas sensor problems in the instrument. This requires consultation with the manufacturer or customer service for troubleshooting. General air quality monitor will include PM2.5, TVOC, CO2, formaldehyde and other basic data. With the upgrading of customer demand, PM10, ozone (O3), nitrogen oxide (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), oxygen (O2), noise, light, temperature, humidity, pressure and other parameters can also be selected, of course, this is the choice of demand purchase level.

Step 5: select a location

View the air quality monitor box on the rear panel or bracket. The back panel can be installed on the wall or ceiling, and the bracket can be placed on the table. Of course, it's based on personal preferences. If the indoor traffic is relatively large, it is recommended to install walls or ceilings. Avoid letting more people use the air quality monitor, because the instrument has built-in precision sensors, frequent collisions may lead to inaccurate or even damaged monitoring parameters.

After the above steps are completed, the air quality monitor can be used normally. However, it is also important to note that the air quality monitor should not be placed next to a high temperature or high humidity source, otherwise it may affect the accuracy of some monitoring parameters in the instrument. Proper use and maintenance is also the key to prolong the life of air quality monitor.

Indoor air detector PM2.5 is a special instrument for measuring the value of PM2.5 in the air. It is applicable to the measurement of public place environment, atmospheric environment, indoor air and vehicle air, as well as the evaluation and analysis of purification efficiency of air purifier. The air monitor uses a laser PM2.5 sensor based on Mie spherical particle scattering principle, and uses POS particle swarm optimization algorithm to retrieve the mass concentration of particles, so the data can be read quickly and accurately.
